What payment methods are available? Plus

We currently offer the following payment methods:

How do I place an order? Plus

Browse through our shop and put the items you would like to buy in your shopping cart. You can then click on the shopping cart symbol at the top right to get an overview of your selected products. Here you can also change the quantity. Click on "Checkout" to go to checkout and select one of the available payment methods.

Where do I redeem vouchers? Plus

If you have a voucher, you can redeem it in the VOUCHER field during checkout. The discount or monetary amount will automatically be applied to your order.

If you have a voucher that cannot be activated, send us an email to cassiaschmuck@gmail.com with your voucher code.

How do I find out about promotions and vouchers? Plus

Free shipping is via B Post. (PostPac Economy).

A-Post -> CHF 2.-

Express -> CHF 10.-

Standard shipping -> Free

How long does the delivery take? Plus

cassia-schmuck.ch only delivers to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein by post. The delivery time is 1-5 working days. If an order does not reach the customer on a desired or notified delivery date, claims for damages are generally excluded.

Can I track my shipment? Plus

Yes, as soon as we have handed over your package to the Swiss Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking code. This allows you to track the status of your shipment.

Return and cancellation rights
How can I cancel or return an order? Plus

You can return the goods within 14 days of receipt to the following address:

What do I need to consider when returning the item? Plus
  • The items must be in their original packaging.
  • Packages without postage will not be accepted and will be returned at the sender's expense.
  • The return is at the customer’s expense and risk.
  • The refund of the value of the goods will be made after return, at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
